Neuss (dpa / lnw) – A woman seriously injured herself and her children with a knife in her apartment in Neuss. As the police and public prosecutor’s office in Düsseldorf announced on Tuesday, the husband had found their two children and his wife on Sunday evening with serious injuries. “The public prosecutor’s office in Düsseldorf evaluates the incident as an attempted homicide,” it said. A homicide commission took up the investigation. The woman is still receiving intensive medical care, the children are no longer in acute danger.
