Baden-Württemberg: physical injuries and a flying plaster cat for Fasnet

Villingen-Schwenningen (dpa/lsw) – physical injuries, harassment, and a flying cat made of plaster: the police in Villingen-Schwenningen had a lot to do on Dirty Thursday. According to information from Friday, the officials moved out to several fights, mainly between drunks. Among other things, the officials are investigating three men who are said to have intercepted a 26-year-old after a dispute in front of a restaurant and hit him for assault.

A 31-year-old was taken to hospital after an 18-year-old allegedly punched him. The 31-year-old is said to have previously molested the 18-year-old’s girlfriend – so he is also being investigated. Other people would have fought at the train station and in the city center. Among other things, two younger men attacked a 17-year-old and her companion.

In addition, according to the police, a 26-year-old wanted to enter the house of a 57-year-old and shook the door. When the resident confronted the man, the 26-year-old allegedly hit him and threw a decorative plaster cat at his head. The homeowner had to have his injury treated at the hospital, it said.
