Bavaria: Cars set on fire in front of the Bundeswehr University on purpose

Neubiberg (dpa / lby) – After the fire in two cars in front of the Munich Bundeswehr University, the police assume arson. The investigation into the incident continued, said a police spokesman on Monday. The two cars were completely burned out in Neubiberg (Munich district) on Saturday night. The damage caused by the police estimated at around 100,000 euros. The criminal police and state security are investigating the case.

A police spokesman said it was being checked whether there was a connection with the fire in four cars in downtown Munich at the beginning of November. The police also suspected arson in this case.
