Bavaria: deadly dispute about education: man in court for murder

Nuremberg (dpa / lby) – A 43-year-old man has to answer to the Nuremberg-Fürth district court from today because he is said to have stabbed his ex-wife a year ago. This was preceded by a dispute because the two had different views on the upbringing of their children, who lived with their mother. The man did not like his ex-wife’s alleged changing relationships with other men.

After separating from the mother of his children, the accused moved back in with the family – but spent the night in the children’s room. He monitored the woman for hours with the recording function of his mobile phone. He wanted to prove that the mother of his children maintained changing sexual contacts.

With the words “The day has come”, the man finally attacked the woman with a knife in his hand and fatally injured her. The 5th criminal division of the regional court has scheduled a total of seven days of hearing for the murder trial. A verdict could therefore fall on December 9th.
