Health: ask our experts your questions about resuming sport at the start of the school year

It’s a back-to-school classic, between the purchase of a kit and the pale complexion: the wish to do more sport, or quite simply to resume sporting activity. If there is consensus on the fight against a sedentary lifestyle, this is not necessarily the case for the modalities. Before taking out an unlimited subscription or rushing to the nearest bodybuilding class, it is interesting to ask yourself the right questions. Better yet, ask professionals. Do you have to register in the classroom? Would you prefer a club activity instead? Run in the morning or get active in the evening? What is the right pace? Is it risky to return to sport alone, without support?

Wednesday September 13, live, from 6:15 p.m., on the PUMS YouTube channel, Boris Hansel, nutrition columnist at Le Point, and Chloé Ogorek, adapted physical activity teacher, will answer all your questions. A 45-minute, interactive show so that your return to sporting activity is as effective and enjoyable as possible. Endurance, muscle strengthening, balance, daily walking, our experts will cover as many subjects as possible.

The show, in partnership with Le Point, will be broadcast in replay on our site. Post your questions in the comments of this article, they will be sent before the broadcast.
