Hessen: After a dispute, two men in Frankfurt were injured with a knife

Frankfurt/Main (dpa/lhe) – A 30-year-old injured two men with a knife in downtown Frankfurt. One of the two had to be taken to a hospital, the police said on Monday. There was a verbal argument between the three men on Saturday evening, which developed into a physical altercation. The 43-year-old and the 49-year-old are said to have stepped on the accused. When they ran away, the 30-year-old man followed them and then attacked them with a knife. After outpatient treatment on site, the 43-year-old was released. The 49-year-old was taken to hospital with serious injuries. The attacker was arrested after the fact, it is said. The cause of the dispute is still unclear.
