Keller Group Appoints Carl-Peter Forster as Chair Designate, Successor to Peter Hill

He currently holds chairman positions at Vesuvius plc, Chemring Group PLC, and is the Senior Independent Director at Babcock International Group plc. Additionally, Carl-Peter will be joining the Nomination and Governance Committee on December 16, 2024, and will take over as Chair of the committee on March 5, 2025.

Prior to his appointment at Keller, Carl-Peter has had an illustrious career serving on the boards of companies such as IMI plc, Rexam PLC, and Rolls-Royce plc. He has also held chairman positions at The London Electric Vehicle Company Ltd and has been a member of the boards of Volvo Cars Corporation and Geely Automobile Holdings.

The appointment of Carl-Peter Forster comes after a thorough search process led by Baroness Kate Rock, Keller’s Senior Independent Director.
