Kyle Rittenhouse is facing homicide charges in relation to protests in Kenosha past summer triggered by the police shooting of Jacob Blake

Kyle Rittenhouse supposedly failed to notify the court of the change of address within two days of moving, Kenosha County prosecutors alleged in a motion filed with Judge Bruce Schroeder. The movement asks Schroeder to issue an arrest warrant and raise Rittenhouse’s bond by $200,000.

Rittenhouse is charged with numerous counts, such as homicide, in relation to the protests in August. Prosecutors allege he’d reacted to some militia’s telephone to shield companies in Kenosha and opened fire on three guys, killing Joseph Rosenbaum and Anthony Huber and wounding Gaige Grosskreutz. Rittenhouse, who had been 17 at the time of this shooting, has claimed that he acted in self love.

He surrendered to authorities the day following the shootings but had been discharged after he posted a $2 million bond. Conservative bands covered the cost.

“He’s currently facing the most severe potential criminal charges along with life in prison, so compared, possible future criminal penalties are insignificant.”

A girl who answered the telephone in the workplace of Rittenhouse’s lawyer, Mark Reynolds, had no comment Wednesday.
