Schwerin (dpa/mv) – Before the Prime Ministers’ Conference on Thursday, Prime Minister Manuela Schwesig (SPD) called for further resolutions to relieve companies and citizens. “It is important that we (…) now also help companies that are energy-intensive but cannot manage on their own with the price brake,” said the head of government in Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania to the broadcaster NDR Info. The federal-state group should agree on a hardship regulation for small and medium-sized companies.
In addition, Schwesig would like further help for people who do not heat with gas but with oil, pellets or briquettes. According to her, there is no time for discussions, results are needed.
