Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania: the bus driver does not take children with him: the consequences

Grevesmühlen (dpa / mv) – Because a bus driver referred two ten and twelve-year-old schoolchildren to the bus because they did not wear corona protective masks, he is now facing consequences under labor law. The Nahbus company, which is active in the Northwest Mecklenburg district, announced on Thursday that children under the age of 14 can only be excluded from carriage if they are handed over to a person of trust or the police. That didn’t happen in this case. The local bus control center was also not informed about the incident. The company deeply regrets the August 17 incident and apologizes for the employee’s behavior. The incident will be punished under labor law.
