Stratense (dpa/mv) – A truck loaded with 26 tons of rubble had an accident near Stratense (West Pomerania-Greifswald) on Wednesday. As a police spokesman said, the 45-year-old driver was injured and was taken to a clinic. For unknown reasons, the tractor and its semi-trailer trailer strayed off a path that runs parallel to federal highway 197 and both fell on their sides. The debris landed in a corn field. According to previous knowledge, the driver had driven too far to the side, the reason is unclear. The damage was estimated at at least 50,000 euros. The company had the truck erected and towed away.
