New Title: Booker Omole Launches New Party with Thousands of Delegates in a Colorful Affair

The highly anticipated second national Congress of the Communist Party of Kenya took place at the United Kenya Club, bringing together delegates from all over the world and the 47 counties of Kenya. The convention, held under the theme of “……,” marked a new beginning for the party after a split from a government-aligned faction.

Revolutionary politician Booker Omole, previously the Vice-Chairman of the Communist Party of Kenya, was elected as the General-Secretary of the rebranded party, now known as the Communist Party Marxist – Kenya (CPM-K). With his exceptional grassroots expertise and oratory skills, Booker emerged as a key leader during the voting session where new party leaders were elected and political objectives were redefined.

During his address at the Congress, attended by enthusiastic members and international delegates, Booker emphasized the party’s new direction and vision aligned with Marxist principles. The reconstitution of the party as CPM-K signified a dedication to Marxist ideals and the complete liberation of the people.

Booker expressed gratitude to the delegates for their trust in his leadership and reiterated his commitment to revolutionary principles. He highlighted the collective strength and dedication of all party members, emphasizing that leadership in CPM-K is a responsibility rooted in service rather than privilege.

The party’s new emblem, flag, and colors were unveiled, symbolizing its revolutionary heritage, strength, and sacrifices. Key positions within the party were also announced, including Mwaivu Kaluka as National Chairperson, Kinuthia Ndung’u as Organizing Secretary, Michelle Anyango as Vice-Chairperson, Wesley Wagumba as National Treasurer, and Armani Kibet as Chairperson of the Revolutionary Youth League.

International speakers from countries such as South Africa, Tanzania, Germany, Britain, the US, South Korea, China, and Venezuela also participated in the convention, reflecting a global interest in the party’s renewed focus on building a mass revolutionary movement.

The new leadership team aims to deepen the party’s connection with the working masses and recruit committed individuals to advance the people’s democratic revolution. The Congress concluded with a sense of unity, determination, and a shared vision for the future of the Communist Party Marxist – Kenya.
