Leipzig (dpa/sn) – Four people were injured when a gas bottle exploded in a café in Leipzig on Saturday. Two of them had come to a hospital, said the fire brigade and police operations centers in the evening. The fire went out by itself, but left a sooty room. According to the police, two buildings in the immediate vicinity were evacuated as a precaution. However, the residents were able to return to their apartments in the evening. The police are investigating the exact cause. According to “Bild” there was a loud bang during the explosion, people screamed.
