Saxony: passers-by prevent drunk motorcyclists from continuing their journey

Zwickau (dpa / sn) – In an accident on Sunday evening, a 42-year-old drunk on his motorcycle crashed into a curb and was slightly injured in the fall. Despite an unsafe gait, the man is said to have tried, according to witnesses, to get back on the machine to continue driving, the police said on Monday morning. However, passers-by stopped him and called the police. An alcohol test on the man showed a blood alcohol level of 2.02 per thousand. The motorcyclist was taken to a hospital for further treatment.
