Because the resolution on the double budget for the years 2023/2024 is about the royal right of parliament. The double budget is to be decided next Tuesday afternoon and, with a total volume of just over 49 billion euros, will be the previous record budget. But first there are other issues. In the current hour on Thursday, at the request of the SPD, the participation of children and young people in social life should first be discussed.
