Winter storm system bringing rain, snow, strong winds from Plains into the Northeast

Together the chilly, strong to severe storms will probably continue for portions of the Tennessee Valley along with the Southeast.

The Central California shore could get inundated with flooding rainfall. Whiteout conditions will be possible with heavy snowfall prices and strong winds.
