The Mexican who burned down the immigration debate in the United States

A tramp and paperless Mexican immigrant became a target of Donald Trump’s wrath when he was a candidate. He was accused of murder. The jury has declared him not guilty during the Thursday afternoon in San Francisco.
On July 1, 2015 José Inés García Zárate, of 45 years, it was accused of killing Kathryn Steine, of 33 years, who died in the arms of his father at Pier Pier 14, one of the busiest areas by the tourists, after receiving a shot while walking with a friend of His family.
District Attorney Diana Garcia said the suspect found the gun somewhere and shot Stein in “his own secret version of Russian Roulette.” The bullet ricocheted on the dock floor before giving the victim back. The jury has found García Zárate guilty of illegal possession of a weapon. The defendant never denied to shoot, but assured that it was an accident. His lawyer, Matt Gonzalez, argued that the prosecution created a crazy version of the defendant to damage his image, said the media CNBC.
Trump made this one of the main arguments to boost the construction of the wall on the border with Mexico, one of its main campaign platforms. After winning the election he signed an executive order to freeze the funds of the cities called Sanctuary, which avoid making raids and deportations against immigrants. San Francisco was one of the first to be assumed as such.
Garcia Zárate had been deported five times before the incident. He used a false identity: Juan Francisco López Sánchez, and in March 2015 he was accused of selling marijuana.
