Elvis Costello coming, J. Cole adds second Toronto date | Toronto Star

Recent concert announcements:

  • Rapper J. Cole has added a second Air Canada Centre show and will now perform there on July 29 as well as the previously announced July 28 date. Tickets ($30-$150) go on sale on Feb. 28 via Livenation.com, Ticketmaster and the venue box office.
  • Veteran rocker Elvis Costello and his backing band the Imposters play the Sony Centre on July 20; they’ll be revisiting his 1983 album Imperial Bedroom and other moments from his 40-year songwriting career. Tickets ($65-$125) on sale March 3 as per J. Cole, above.
  • King Crimson, which has been at it for years longer even than Costello, plays in Toronto on the same night as him. The prog-rock institution plays Massey Hall; tickets ($80-$130) on sale March 3 via Livenation.com, Ticketmaster and the Roy Thomson Hall box office.
  • Australian folk-rocker Paul Kelly plays the Drake Underground with collaborator Charlie Owen on May 8. Tickets ($30) on sale March 3 Livenation.com and Ticketmaster.
