He was already in the jungle camp: The next candidate for "Celebrity Big Brother"

He already has a reality TV milestone in his vita. After all, Jay Khan’s trip to the jungle camp in 2011 is unforgettable. Now the singer could also gain experience with “Celebrity Big Brother”. He is traded as a participant in the upcoming season.

The tenth season of “Celebrity Big Brother” will start on November 18th. The broadcaster Sat.1 has not yet officially confirmed a candidate. Of course, the rumor mill has been brewing for weeks.

The “Bild” newspaper now reports on the next alleged participant. Accordingly, singer Jay Khan is also moving to the TV container this year.

The now 40-year-old became known in the mid-2000s with the boy band US5. In view of his declining musical success, he then ended up in various reality TV formats. He could also be seen in “celebrity boxing” as well as in the jungle camp. He was part of the legendary season of “I’m a Celebrity – Get Me Out of Here!” 2011, which was marked by a lot of intrigues and disputes among the camp residents before moderator Peer Kusmagk was crowned king of the jungle.

Today Khan is on the road with the boy band Team 5ünf, which he founded together with Marc Terenzi. The singer also caused a stir with his love affairs. From 2006 to 2009 he was in a relationship with the former “Germany’s next top model” winner Lena Gercke. A short relationship with singer Indira Weis followed in 2011, which should have started in the jungle camp.

The broadcaster has not yet commented on the “Celebrity Big Brother” rumors about Khan. The musician himself is also silent about a possible participation.

The other speculations about the candidates for the anniversary season of “Celebrity Big Brother” have not yet been confirmed. The “Bild” newspaper had previously reported that erotic model Micaela Schäfer and “Deutschland sucht den Superstar” cult candidate Menderes Bagci – both also former jungle campers – could be part of the party. Entertainer Jörg Knör is also said to be a candidate.

The format, which this time will be broadcast later in the year than usual and parallel to the soccer World Cup in Qatar, will be moderated by Marlene Lufen and Jochen Schropp. At the end, the winner can look forward to a prize of 100,000 euros.
