Jason Atherton and his wife, Irha, are expanding their restaurant empire in London with the opening of four new dining establishments. The expansion includes Three Darlings on Chelsea’s Pavilion Road, a new concept called Hot Dogs by Three Darlings in Harrods Dining Hall, British restaurant Sael at St James’ Market, and a yet-to-be-announced fine dining destination in Mayfair.

The decision to open these new restaurants comes after the closure of Pollen Street Social in March. Atherton mentioned that the London dining scene is constantly evolving and diners are seeking unique experiences. Dale Bainbridge, the executive from Pollen Street Social, will lead the kitchen at Sael, which will open this summer at the former Aquavit site in St James’ Market.

Atherton is also preparing to launch a significant new fine dining establishment in Mayfair. The couple expressed their excitement about expanding the Social Company in London, stating that the diverse population and appreciation for innovative dining experiences make the city an ideal environment for culinary ventures to thrive.

The inspiration behind Three Darlings restaurant comes from their three daughters, Keziah, Jemimah, and Athena. The menu will feature modern English cuisine with European influences. Hot Dogs by Three Darlings, a 25-cover concept set to launch in July, will offer gourmet hot dogs, fries, sundaes, milkshakes, and a selection of beverages at the Harrods location.

Stay tuned for more details on the upcoming fine dining launch in Mayfair, which promises to bring a unique culinary experience to London. The Athertons are confident that their new offerings will cater to a wide range of tastes and provide guests with distinctive dining experiences. With Dale Bainbridge on board, the team is ready to embark on this exciting new chapter in London’s vibrant restaurant scene.
