Curious about breakfast pot pie, pineapple upside-down pancakes, a pancake flight and four different bloody mary options? The wait ends Wednesday, when Snooze opens at the Quarry Market.
The Denver-based brunch restaurant is taking over the former EZ’s, with omelettes, Benedicts, mimosas and all the things that make brunch more than just a Sunday thing.
The restaurant also will offer a variety of local beers and morning cocktails.
Snooze is at 255 E. Basse Rd. Suite 160, snoozeeatery.com. Open daily from 6:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m starting March 1.
