The pay-tv moves to the electricity as the worse service valued by the Spanish

pay tv is the worse service valued by the spaniards, after ousting in the second quarter of the year to the electricity, according to the Household Panel of the National Commission of Markets and Competition (CNMC).

18.6% of Spanish households is little or no satisfied with the service of pay-tv: three out of every four believes that it is expensive and one out of every five believes that it has low quality.

The electricity occupies the second place in the list of services that generate the greatest dissatisfaction: 17.3% is poorly or not satisfied; and nine out of every ten is of the opinion that it is expensive; and almost half believe that a lack of clarity in the invoices and the prices charged.

Also the fixed broadband exceeds the 17 % dissatisfaction and the users complain about its price and supply failures.

The dissatisfaction with the services of fixed telephony and natural gas stood at 14.9 %, and in the case of mobile telephony services, at 11.9 %. In all of them, the high price is the main reason for the dissatisfaction of the users.

The Panel of Households for the second quarter of 2018 from the CNMC, relative to the second quarter of the year and made from surveys 8.880 individuals, notes that the fixed broadband is the service that you are presented a higher number of complaints, a 17 % claimed on some occasion.
