Burglars net two TVs, a laptop and golf clubs: Olmsted Township Police Blotter

Burglary, Mark Court: A man reported Feb. 19 his brother’s apartment was burglarized. He was looking after the place while his brother was on vacation.

A window was broken to gain access, and two TVs, a laptop computer and a set of golf clubs were taken.

Identity Theft, Fitch Road: A man reported Feb. 19 that someone had gained access to his personal information and opened a credit card account in his name without his permission. The account was used in Georgia for a total of $7,000 in purchases. The case was forwarded to the detective bureau.

Possession of Marijuana, Brentwood Drive: An Olmsted Township woman, 43, was cited for possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia Feb. 20 after the vehicle she was driving was pulled over for expired registration.
