CLEVELAND, Ohio —  Greater Cleveland Volunteers enriches the community and individuals through volunteer services. We recruit individuals age 18 years+ to volunteer at 100+ nonprofit organizations throughout Cuyahoga County.

We offer on-going and special event volunteer opportunities.

On-Going

Office- A downtown Cleveland nonprofit agency that helps empower and support older adults to maintain wellness, independence and dignity seeks volunteers to help with filing and organizing faxes. Parking is free. Contact Cecille at 216-391-9500 x 122 or charris@greaterclevelandvolunteers.org.

Afterschool Tutors – Help a student succeed in school by becoming an afterschool tutor. There are opportunities located both east and west sides with flexible days and hours.  Getting help from an adult could mean the difference between staying in school or becoming a drop-out. Do you have 21st Century Skills? We are seeking volunteers who want to help students in grades 7-12 develop their skills in science, technology, engineering, art and math programs. A volunteer opportunity from home – If you have great phone skills and highly motivated to schedule substitutes for a busy food delivery program where more than eighty residents are served contact Sandy. The work is of a flexible nature.  Transportation Volunteers Make a positive impact on youth and help academically capable and motivated children in need meet their full potential. Drive a small group of middle and high school students to and from school, tutoring, extracurricular activities and residences. Drivers must be 21+ with valid driver’s license and insurance.
