Oprah Winfrey explains why she ‘didn’t want babies’

Media mogul Oprah Winfrey has been pretty open in the previous on why she did not have any kids.

In a new interview with Very good Housekeeping UK, she mentioned that she presently mentors 172 girls, who use “my residence as their house base” and that is more than sufficient for the icon.

“It is a lot more rewarding than I would ever have imagined. I was doing this to assist them, but it has brought a light to my life that I can’t explain,” she said of the Leadership Academy she champions. “For me it was perfect, simply because I didn’t want babies. I wouldn’t have been a good mum for babies. I do not have the patience. I have the patience for puppies, but that’s a swift stage! But this is so rewarding.”
