The 2024/25 UEFA Nations League knockout stage and play-off draws are set to take place in Nyon, Switzerland on Friday 22 November. The draws will determine the match-ups for the various play-off ties and knockout stage matches across different league levels.
There will be four draws in total:
1. League C/D play-offs: This draw will decide the play-off ties between the two best-ranked fourth-placed teams from League C and the two runners-up from League D.
2. League B/C play-offs: This draw will determine the promotion/relegation play-off ties between the third-ranked teams from League B and the runners-up from League C.
3. League A/B play-offs: This draw will decide the promotion/relegation play-off ties between the third-ranked teams from League A and the runners-up from League B.
4. League A knockout stage: This draw will determine the quarter-final ties between the League A group winners and runners-up, as well as the semi-finals scheduled for June.
In the League C/D play-offs draw, the two best-ranked fourth-placed teams from League C will be seeded and drawn against the two runners-up from League D. The seeded teams will play at home in the second legs.
For the League B/C play-offs draw, the third-placed teams from League B will be seeded and drawn against the runners-up from League C. The seeded teams will also play at home in the second legs.
In the League A/B play-offs draw, the third-placed teams from League A will be seeded and drawn against the runners-up from League B. Similarly, the seeded teams will have home advantage in the second legs.
The League A knockout stage draw will see the group winners seeded and drawn against the runners-up. Group winners cannot face the runner-up they played during the group stage. The semi-finals will be drawn separately, with placeholders representing the quarter-final winners determining the match-ups.
The play-off matches are scheduled to take place on specific dates. The League B/C play-offs, League A/B play-offs, and League A quarter-finals are set for 20 and 23 March 2025. The League A semi-finals will follow on 4 and 5 June, with the third-place match and final on 8 June.
Additionally, the League C/D play-offs will be held on 26 and 31 March 2026.
