Jack Charlton is dead: England loses a world champion

The English football mourns the loss of his world champion Jack Charlton. As his longtime club Leeds United and his family informed, died in Charlton on Friday night at the age of 85 years after a long illness. The defensive player belonged to in 1966, his older brother Sir Bobby Charlton for the English team, which won with a 4:2 after extra time against Germany in the legendary final at London’s Wembley stadium.
