Newcastle United Members Upset Over Ticket Ballot Issues

news-17102024-091600

Newcastle United fans are once again left frustrated and disappointed with the ticket ballot process for the upcoming match against Chelsea. The club released information regarding the ballot, stating that the enrollment period would be open from Tuesday, October 8th at 10am to Thursday, October 10th at 10am. Successful applicants were supposed to be notified before 1pm on Thursday, with the seat selection window opening for ballot winners at 2pm on the same day.

However, many fans, including myself, did not receive the expected email notification by 1pm. Despite checking with friends and family who are also members, it seems that no one received the notification. As a result, I decided to join the queue for the ticketing site in hopes of securing my seats for the match against Chelsea.

To add to the frustration, there was also a points drop for the Forest away match at 2pm, causing further congestion in the queue. Fans are expressing their disappointment and anger at the club for continuously mishandling these ticketing processes. It is not the first time such issues have occurred, and fans are growing tired of being let down by the club.

While fans understand that there may be challenges and limitations, especially under the ownership of Mike Ashley, they still expect better treatment from the club. As loyal supporters of Newcastle United, fans feel that they do not ask for much and deserve to be treated with more respect and consideration.

It is important for the club to address these recurring issues and improve their communication and organization when it comes to ticketing processes. Fans play a crucial role in supporting the team, and it is essential to ensure that they are valued and respected. Hopefully, the club will take note of these frustrations and work towards providing a better experience for their dedicated fans in the future.
