Having spent four successful years in Moto2 before clinching the title with the MT Helmets – MSi team, Ogura has now joined Trackhouse Racing for the 2025 MotoGP season. During the Barcelona Test, Ogura was one of the busiest MotoGP rookies, completing 86 laps and finishing the day in 21st place. Although he was the slowest among the four Aprilia riders, he remained optimistic about his progress and learning experience.

Reflecting on his performance, Ogura shared his thoughts with MotoGP.com, stating, “Overall, I think it was a good day.
