An overturned 18-wheeler that dumped diesel on the road has closed the eastbound lanes of Highway 90 at the Loop 1604 intersection on the far West Side early Tuesday morning.

Officers responded to the wreck around 3 a.m. after a car slid off the cloverleaf and slammed into the rig, causing it to hit the concrete barrier and spill gravel and 150 gallons of diesel on the highway.
