Wiesbaden (dpa/lhe) – After a mostly friendly Thursday, the Hessians are expecting unstable weather in the coming days. However, the temperatures are consistently warm in summer, said a meteorologist from the German Weather Service (DWD). On Thursday it will be clear at first before the clouds thicken in the second half of the day. But it remains dry with maximum temperatures of 25 to 29 degrees in the Rhine-Main area.

On the night of Friday, however, dense clouds and showery rain will gather from the south-west, sometimes heavily. The situation will calm down a little in the morning, before more frequent showers and thunderstorms with hail and squalls are expected throughout the day, according to the expert. Storms with heavy rain are also not excluded locally – with temperatures of a maximum of 24 to 20 degrees.

According to the DWD, it will be rather friendly and warm on Saturday. Sunday will be changeable again with dense clouds and rain.
