Ingolstadt (dpa / lby) – Third division soccer club FC Ingolstadt has to do without striker Fatih Kaya from now on. The 22-year-old moves to Belgian first division club VV St. Truiden. “We are very grateful to Fatih for his many years of service,” said Ingolstadt’s sports director Malte Metzelder on Wednesday.

Kaya came from Mainz in 2016 in the youth of the “Schanzer” and two years later made the leap to the professionals. In 96 competitive games, Kaya scored 15 goals for FCI. The Ingolstadt company did not provide any information about the transfer modalities.
