A federal appeals court on Monday rejected the Justice Department’s request to put the appeal of President Trump’s travel ban on hold, Reuters reported.

The administration is creating a new order to address concerns of the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.

That court had refused to overturn a temporary restraining order issued by a federal judge in Seattle that halted the order after it caused chaos at airports across the US.
