Four new stars of interpretation and performing arts with their own names land this week on Pasapalabra on Antena 3: Cecilia Gómez, Pepón Nieto, Canco Rodríguez and Martita de Graná.

The bailaora from La Línea de la Concepción (Cádiz) knows in detail the dynamics of Roberto Leal’s program. She participated in the contest stage on Telecinco and also last year 2022 in the Atresmedia space.

Gómez was once a witness to the intense duel between Orestes Barbero and Rafa Castaño for El Rosco. However, now the contestants in contention are Encarni and Marta.

Cecilia Gómez lives flamenco from a very young age between the passion and professionalism of the stages. She worked under the orders of another great, Sara Baras, to later found her own company.

Outstanding among his works are the flamenco tributes made to artists such as Chabela Vargas or society figures such as the Duchess of Alba.

In her professional activity, Gómez also stands out for her foray into the world of fashion, where she has her own firm, and her regular presence on Canal Sur television programs. She has participated both as a leading artist and as a member of a jury in the talent show directed by María del Monte.

Last year Cecilia Gómez was already quite “recovered” on the set of Antena 3 after living through a very complicated period of health that gave a radical turn to her life. “I’m not going to dance again. I had a herniated disc until, in the end, I had to undergo surgery, put on a prosthesis … and all this got complicated,” she explained.

The Pasapalabra guest assures that she wants to remain linked to her profession, which is why she will resume her shows “from the other side, from the directing side.” Gómez also recognizes that she misses and needs contact with the public, which is why she is in the process of reinventing herself “in interpretation or in communication.”
