The absolute leadership of the audience in the final stretch of the afternoons from Monday to Friday always remains in the hands of Pasapalabra of the Antena 3 network.
Starting this Tuesday, presenter Roberto Leal will have Neus Sanz and Santi Rodríguez, among other guests, as guests in the contest.
The actress, who has participated on several occasions in Pasapalabra, is a face well known to the public. Neus Sanz (Igualada, 1972) entered the world of theater at a very young age. In fact, she was not of legal age when she joined the La Cubana theater company.
Despite making its national debut in the series Casi Perfectos, her rise to fame came with the legendary series Los hombres de Paco (2005 – 2010; 2021, Antena 3), where Neus Sanz gave life to Rita Peláez in 117 chapters.
The Catalan fit perfectly on the small screen: “I prefer television to theater, I don’t need applause to feed me when I finish a scene. I don’t mind having to memorize something new every day or having to repeat it nine times. I have found so much in Leonor [her role in Casi Perfectos] like in Rita, two characters that I like, I can’t get enough of them.”
Her self-confidence in Paco’s Men led casting director Luis San Narciso to propose Pedro Almodóvar for the film Volver (2006), where Neus Sanz gave life to Inés.
The actress has appeared in other television series such as El Barco (2011-2013), Águila Roja (2015-2016), Amar es para siempre (2018-2019) or Veneno (2020). More recently, she appears in an episode of Prime Video’s Sleep Stories (2022). In film, she had a role in Carlitos y el Campo de los Suenos (2008) and Los Buen Modales, by Marta Díaz (2022).
Neus Sanz has always found a place to get back on stage, especially with several monologue projects such as Asesinas, Tinc pis, 5mujeres.com and currently on tour with Un pedacito de mí.
