Jorge Javier Vázquez already has his own podcast, Los burros de Fortunato. The first installment of it is available on YouTube, Spotify and other platforms from Thursday, February 23. The Catalan presents this new format days after El Mundo exclusively revealed the details of the new Code of Ethics by which Mediaset will be governed and which especially affects Sálvame.

In this way, it avoids the veto of the communication group, which indicates in the aforementioned text that “its presenters and collaborators must refrain from issuing opinions, preferences or political comments” in entertainment programs.

Vázquez says in one of the promos for his new project that it is “a podcast to talk about whatever I want with whoever I want.” In another he indicates that “everyone will want to come to talk about what I want.”

Jorge Javier chatted about politics, among other things, with Íñigo Errejón, who was the first celebrity to visit Los burros de Fortunato. They were accompanied at the table by Juan Sanguino, Isabel Vázquez and Paloma Rando as collaborators.

The presenter reproached the leader of Más País that the representatives of the different parties “set the staff on fire”, but they maintain a good relationship when “the curtain” falls: “That is something that you do very badly and we have all fallen into your game” . In addition, he pointed out: “A character that seemed absolutely repulsive to me, Teodoro García Egea, there are people from the opposite bench who say that he is charming, funny…”.

The guest stated: “I do not set fire and I do not participate in it.” He then tried to explain that “the insult or the racket has more media reward.” On the other hand, he admitted: “I did not get along with Pablo Casado at all.” The Catalan commented ironically: “The one who is about to enter your party is Macarena Olona, right?”

The host of Sálvame spoke about the upcoming elections and stated: “This program is not about indoctrination at all, but what do we have to do to make things change?” Errejón explained: “I think we must learn from what has saved us in bad times. When bad times have come, as with Covid, everyone has realized that no one can save themselves.”

Vázquez shared laughing at the end of the chapter: “I was planning to vote for Cuca Gamarra, but after what you said, I’m going to consider changing my vote orientation. Maybe I won’t vote for her.”
