Bavaria: Senior breaks his car and woman almost

Gersthofen (dpa / lby) – A 91-year-old ran over two traffic islands and almost a woman near Augsburg. The 20-year-old was able to save herself on Thursday in Gersthofen (Augsburg district) by jumping to the side, as the police announced on Friday. But two traffic signs fell victim to the senior. His car was so damaged that shortly afterwards he could no longer drive. The 91-year-old had to give up his driver’s license. The police were initially unable to say why he drove so carelessly. But he wasn’t drunk.
