Fencing set up Saturday out Tinhorn Flats Saloon & Grill in Burbank later court order power shutoff

A California city built a fence out a restaurant which has flouted coronavirus wellness requests, a report stated.

The fencing was set up Saturday out of Tinhorn Flats Saloon & Grill in Burbank after a court ordered that the institution’s power be closed off, based on a NBC Los Angeles report.

The eatery has racked up almost $50,000 in penalties because the onset of the outbreak for violating public health dictates, permitting outdoor dining in a time once the practice was prohibited from the county, according to the Los Angeles Times.

A judge on Friday ruled that the restaurant can’t reopen without new licenses.

The town had placed sandbags beyond the company in an attempt to keep it shut.

“Show me one shred of proof how I’m undermining the general public,” he told the paper.

“It hasn’t been about security or the general public. It has never been around. This entire issue is all about control and fear,” he explained.
