Edify, the Valencian version of Scott twins to buy and reform virtual reality couples

Almost 15 years ago, the twins Scott, Jonathan and Drew, sneak into millions of homes around the world with their adventures and challenges to build and reform housing.
It all started in 2007, when both were at the head of the program the house of my dreams and became successful a formula as simple as addictive: buy an old and cheap house to reform it completely and to the taste of buyers.
Now three Valencians have decided to be inspired by it to start their project and raise the house of the dreams of their new customers.

José Left, Paulo Santos and Carlos Peiro are not twins, not even brothers, but with Edify have followed the wake of the popular presenters-builders.
“It’s like what SCOTT brothers do but brought to real life and with a lot of technology,” he explains left on the other side of the phone.

The client contacts them and on EDIFY take note of their requests and the budget that handles.
Afterwards, the machinery is launched: the company selects houses susceptible to being reformed, “mainly in the center of cities because homes are usually over 20 years old”;
They recreate the result of transformation through virtual reality and if the future buyer convinces him, they enlune the project and start the works.
Its prices until now have oscillated between 200,000 euros and the million euros.

“We adjusted to the budget that the client tells us and we apply the virtual reality, the digitization of spaces and the Big Data to budget the reforms in real time,” explains left as if it really was one of the SCOTT brothers in one of the most
of ten programs that have launched antenna.

Jonathan and Drew have an authentic legion of fans and an economic empire built, literally, brickly.
José, Paulo and Carlos are far from that, but they have managed to see in the current real estate boom an opportunity to launch the market.
Its company is part of the almost 10,000 companies related to the construction that have been launched during the heat pandemic of a fervor by buying housing and reform that the sector has been reactivated as it has not happened.

Says José Left that with Edify try that the search and purchase process of a home is “happy and pleasant”.
And he has a why.
It all started with the birth of the third child of him.
The woman of him and he began to track the market in search of a broader house, but they could not find any that was adjusted, so they opted to buy a property and reform it to their liking.
It was then when problems and headaches began.
Over time they realized that most of the people with whom they spoke had had an experience of similar.

“I thought it was not necessary to go through something like that to have a house,” and along with his two colleagues began to put the foundations of Edify.
It was last February and in just nine months have attended more than 150 clients, have delivered the first concluded projects, have managed to overcome the million euros of billing, have 10 people on the team and are in process of hiring to expand template
.

Last September, the project incubator driven by the founder of Mercadona, Juan Roig, and although they deploy most of their activity in Valencia, they have already closed some operation in Madrid.
In fact, they plan to expand their perimeter towards the capital and towards Barcelona for next year and want to have a presence in Lisbon and in other major European cities as of 2023. Will they come to television?
Who knows…
