A 34-year-old young man has died and three others, aged 28, 18 and 17, have been injured after the car in which they were traveling left the road, under the A-1 bridge, on the BU highway. V-7422 that connects the town of Zurbitu and La Puebla de Arganzón, both in the Burgos enclave of Treviño.
The accident occurred on Friday night shortly before 11:06 p.m., at which time a person notified the 112 Emergency Room of the accident and requested help for the injured, one of them, the deceased, trapped. and unconscious inside the vehicle.
With this information, 112 notified the Traffic subsector of the Burgos Civil Guard, the Miranda de Ebro Fire Department and the emergency coordination center (CCU) of Health Emergencies – Sacyl, which activated a mobile ICU and health care personnel. Primary of the Treviño health center, in addition to requesting the collaboration of the health emergency service of the Basque Country (Osakidetza), which also sent a mobile ICU and a basic life support ambulance.
At the scene, the emergency agencies treated the four injured, one of them – a 34-year-old man – died, while another man, 28 years old, was transferred by basic life support ambulance and two others, 18 and 17 years old, they were in both mobile ICUs, all three at the Álava University Hospital – Txagorritxu headquarters, in Vitoria.
