The facts date back to June 18, 2020. While the respondent had tense relations with his “stepfather”, he stabbed him four times in front of his mother’s eyes. Cody Wade received a 60-year prison sentence for the premeditated murder, with an additional 15 years for repeat offense, and 10 years for various other charges of violence against law enforcement officers.
