“The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” is back for Season 14, and Kyle Richards had a chat with Billy Bush from “Extra” about the drama coming up and where things stand with her estranged husband, Mauricio Umansky.
After a tough couple of years, Kyle mentioned that Mauricio is still one of her best friends, and she is proud of how they have handled their situation together. Some Housewives, like Sutton Stracke, have suggested that she file for divorce, but Kyle felt no rush to do so. She explained that they are taking things at their own pace as a family, prioritizing what works best for them and emphasizing that they are still a family at the end of the day.
When asked about the future and the possibility of a big divorce settlement, Kyle shared that they haven’t reached that point yet. However, she assured that whatever happens, there won’t be any drama. Both she and Mauricio care deeply for each other and want the best for one another.
Regarding dating, Kyle mentioned that she has not been dating by choice, as she would have to leave her house to do so. She has declined offers from people trying to set her up and mentioned that she won’t be on any dating apps anytime soon.
Addressing the photos of Mauricio with another woman, Kyle expressed that he is allowed to do what he wants, and she is allowed to do the same. Even though it was surprising to see, she wasn’t angry with him about it. She also commented on the recent news of Teddi Mellencamp and Edwin Arroyave’s divorce, expressing her hopes that they remain friends for their kids’ sake.
In a recent promo for “RHOBH,” Kyle admitted that she didn’t look happy, clarifying that she wasn’t her usual self in that particular moment. She opened up about her conflict with Dorit Kemsley, mentioning that off-camera incidents had made her question their friendship, leading to tensions on the show.
Regarding rumors about Dorit’s husband, PK Kemsley, Kyle denied any inappropriate behavior and clarified that she sees PK more as a brother figure. She emphasized that maintaining friendships on reality television can be challenging due to dynamics and off-screen issues.
“RHOBH” is set to premiere on November 19 on Bravo, promising more drama and twists for fans of the show.
