The beginning of June could finally bring milder weather after several months of a series of disturbances, with rain, storms and temperatures that are barely seasonal locally.
A slow improvement should begin this weekend, with calmer and sunny weather in the west in particular. Temperatures will generally remain rather cool. On Saturday, France will be divided into three parts: pleasant weather in the northwest and in the south, particularly “gloomy” weather in the east, confirms La Chaine-Météo. The rest of the country will experience mixed weather (see detailed forecasts by region at the end of the article). On Sunday, generally more pleasant weather will assert itself more over the territory, during the day. However, instability, with the risk of storms, could affect several regions.
In the rest of Europe, the weather is far, very far from that in France. In Portugal, near Lisbon, the sun is shining, with summer temperatures exceeding 30 degrees. In the neighboring country, Spain, Andalusia is experiencing a heatwave this Thursday, May 30, even before the month of June begins. The temperature today reaches 36 degrees. However, the weather is similar to France in several European cities: in Berlin in Germany, or in Amsterdam in the Netherlands, a gray and unstable sky, like in our country, currently dominates the sky.
If the weather forecasts become less reliable for next week, it would seem that calmer and, above all, less rainy weather is on the horizon in France. Temperatures could, during the week, exceed 22 degrees in a large part of the territory, if not more. To be continued, summer might not be very far away now.
