Til Schweiger is currently in the middle of filming the sequel to the 90s hit “Manta, Manta”. But he is now making headlines with a video on Instagram that is not well received by his fans. They perceive the situation shown there as rather unpleasant.

Til Schweiger recently shared a video on his Instagram account, which is now causing discussion and appalled comments. While he himself finds the situation shown “cute”, his followers are shocked because he shows a woman in it without her knowledge.

The lady in the clip apparently recognized Til Schweiger and spoke to him. She wants to know if he is the actor of “Keinohrhasen”, but the 58-year-old says no. “But I think the film is good,” he adds, letting the woman show up with her hat and cigarette when she asks again if he really is “not the actor with the daughter”. In the text he writes “OMG… how cute… it’s not the Babba? Made my day!”, And adds several emojis with hearts in the eyes. But that doesn’t protect him from criticism from his subscribers.

Most people can’t believe what “Babba” pulled off actress Emma Schweiger. In the comments they express their horror. “Did the lady agree to being ridiculed here?” asks a user. Another finds: “That’s mean, so she dares to speak to him, and then something like that.” Another criticized: “Not good! Nobody deserves to be presented / embarrassed on Insta just because they dare to speak to a star.”

It is of course unclear whether after the recording of the video there was still a conversation between Schweiger and the lady, whether he clarified the situation and whether she gave him the okay to upload the clip. Nevertheless, many are apparently wondering where the joke is supposed to be hidden.

Hopefully the new film by and with Til Schweiger will be funnier. He is currently filming a sequel to the 1991 box office hit “Manta, Manta,” in which he then and now plays the Manta driver Bertie.
