Sadio Mane’s move from Liverpool to Bayern Munich and then to Al-Nassr in the Saudi Pro League has not put him in the spotlight as much as his former teammate Mohamed Salah. Despite being one of the top earners in the Saudi league, Mane is still behind Salah in terms of overall earnings. Mane, who is currently 32 years old, is halfway through his three-year contract with Al-Nassr and is among the top 10 highest-paid soccer players in the world. However, his earnings are less than half of what some of his league counterparts are making.

According to Forbes, Mane is the ninth highest-paid soccer player globally, earning $52 million, with a significant portion of that coming from his on-field performances with Al-Nassr. On the other hand, Salah earns $53 million, with a larger portion of his income coming from off-field earnings, making him a more marketable player compared to Mane. The top earners in the soccer world are led by Cristiano Ronaldo, followed by Lionel Messi, Neymar, Karim Benzema, Kylian Mbappe, Erling Haaland, and Vinicius Jr., with Kevin De Bruyne rounding off the top 10.

During his time at Liverpool, Mane scored 120 goals and played a crucial role in the team’s success, including winning the Premier League, FA Cup, Carabao Cup, European Super Cup, Club World Cup, and Champions League under Jurgen Klopp. He also achieved individual accolades such as the Liverpool Fans’ Player of the Season award and sharing the Premier League Golden Boot with Salah and Aubameyang in the 2018-19 season.

Mane’s journey in the soccer world has been filled with achievements and contributions to his teams, showcasing his talent and dedication to the sport. Despite not being the highest earner, Mane’s impact on the field and his success with Liverpool have solidified his place as one of the top players in the game.
