The King of Morocco, Mohamed VI, has sent his congratulations to Pedro Sánchez on his inauguration as President of the Government and highlights the “strategic partnership” between both countries.
The Alawite monarch congratulated Sánchez for the renewal of the trust of the Spanish Parliament and expressed his “firm determination to continue working” alongside Sánchez to “advance in strengthening friendly relations and the solid cooperation that unites both countries.” and consolidate the new stage of the strategic partnership that we have adopted, based on good neighborliness, mutual trust and permanent and constructive dialogue.
Mohamed VI also highlights the “commitment” of both countries to “consecrate the agreement of their points of view on the various regional and international issues of common interest” and “the realization of the centuries-old civilizational and cultural heritage shared by the two friendly peoples.” to contribute to the preservation of peace, stability and prosperity in the Euro-Mediterranean region”.
His desire is to “continue working with the Spanish Prime Minister to strengthen the relations of friendship and solid cooperation that link the two countries and consolidate the new phase of the” strategic partnership that we have adopted, based on good neighborliness, mutual trust and permanent and constructive dialogue”.
