Four new guests burst onto the set of Pasapalabra. Four celebrities who arrive with the intention of helping the contestants to add seconds for the final test of El Rosco. On this occasion and to kick off the summer season, those in charge of expressing their knowledge and sympathy in the successful Antena 3 program are Ricky Merino, Iván Sánchez, Elena Ballesteros and Alicia Borrachero. Let’s get to know this last guest a little better.

Born in Madrid 55 years ago, Alicia Borrachero studied Performing Arts and Interpretation at the University of Nazareth, furthering her training at the Madrid Actor’s Training Studio.

Borrachero has appeared in such mythical television series as Hermanos de leche, Farmacia de Guardia, Médico de familia or 7 vidas. However, his popularity came as the protagonist of three other successful series: Periodistas, Hospital Central and Crematorio.

His career on the small screen accumulates more than twenty series. His most recent works are in the miniseries Bosé (2022, Paramount) and in the true crime series El caso Asunta (2024, Netflix).

Regarding the cinema, Alicia Borrachero made her debut as an actress with the short film Eighty-seven love letters (1992), but what most attracts attention are her works in the American industry. The daughter of an American mother, the actress expresses herself perfectly in English, which has earned her to be recruited for blockbusters such as The Chronicles of Narnia: Prince Caspian and Terminator: Dark Fate.

To measure her weight as a theater actress, there are her performances in works such as Agosto (Osage County, 2011/2012), along with Amparo Baró and Carmen Machi; Declassified, together with Jordi Rebellón and Joaquín Climent; Tierra del fuego (2017), by Mario Diament or Las criadas (2020), by Jean Genet.
