Until next Tuesday, August 22, the Roberto Leal contest will have a new cast of guests.

Iñaki Miramón, Luz Valdenebro, Rubén Sanz and Blanca Marsillach will be in charge of helping Moisés and Fer in the fight for El Rosco these days.

A rivalry of maximum tension, with more than two dozen draws in recent weeks between the two contestants, but also with a very healthy and sporty competition.

Blanca Marsillach (Barcelona, 1966) bears the surname and DNA of two great professionals of the scene: Adolfo Marsillach and Teresa del Río.

An influence that boosted her passion for acting from a very young age. She trained at the University of Southern California, she has shown her great worth with different roles in film, television and especially in the theater.

During this time he has also worked under the orders of directors such as Gregory Hains or Lucio Fulci. Her participation in the production Magenta’s Mourning in 1997 earned her an award for best supporting actress at the Toronto Festival.

Twenty years ago he decided to set up his own theater company, Varela Producciones, with which he carries out different educational and social integration programs with vulnerable groups.

“An adapted play that favors the integration of people with disabilities, from the cast to the audience.” The most important thing, claims Marsillach, “is to normalize this situation, that it is not a fashion, and that many more actors with disabilities are hired,” said Blanca Marsillach in an interview with Elmundo.es.

Of Marsillach it is also necessary to highlight his participation in different television series such as Snatch, Mediterráneo, Código Fuego or Teresa de Jesús.

Outside of Spain, his roles in the series Poodles Springs or El gran secreto also stood out.
