According to our colleagues from Alsace, a 62-year old man opened fire on a group young people gathering in Colmar’s Ladhof district in Colmar, in Haut-Rhin on Saturday and Sunday.
According to reports, the man became annoyed by the noise and took out his shotgun.
A 22-year old woman sustained serious stomach injuries. In an emergency, she was taken to the hospital.
The 60-year old was then arrested and beaten.
He was taken to the hospital, and later taken into custody for attempted murder.
