Dune London’s presence at Junction 32 is part of the brand’s expansion in the UK, where it now has 52 standalone stores and four locations in Yorkshire. This exciting addition follows a successful year for Junction 32, which has welcomed several new brands in 2024. With the introduction of Lucy & Yak, Saltrock, Castore, and Sofa.com, the outlet center has diversified its offerings across various categories, including fashion, interiors, and lifestyle.
Junction 32’s leasing strategy has been instrumental in driving this growth, with support from asset managers Global Mutual and McMullen Real Estate, as well as operational assistance from CBRE. Since Frasers Group took ownership of the center, it has seen a significant decrease in vacant retail space, from 14% to just 2% by the end of the year.
